Second-storey additions, rear extensions, and detached garden suites. We handle zoning checks and committee of adjustment applications where the build needs them.

Commercial Design-Build

Office, retail and mixed-use projects delivered design-build. One contract covers drawings through occupancy, so the schedule and budget stay with one team.

Land Development

Rezoning, site plan approval, and severance applications across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. We’ve taken projects from raw parcel to approved site plan.

Real-Estate Sales

Acquisition and sales through Leedway Realty Inc. Buy the lot and build with the same team, so feasibility is checked before you close

Warranty

Every home enrolled with Tarion: one-year workmanship, two-year systems, seven-year structural. We respond to warranty items directly, not through a call centre.
